A warm herbal drink is one of the easiest ways to become acquainted with Heen Bovitiya. The flavor is earthy and distinct, while a small piece of fresh ginger or a squeeze of lime can add brightness without hiding the character of the herb.
This recipe follows the Naturista preparation method and adds only optional flavor variations. It is a traditional-style beverage—not a treatment for fatty liver or any other medical condition.

- Lime: Gives the earthy infusion a fresh, clean finish.
- Ceylon cinnamon: Steep a small piece of quill with the drink, then remove it before serving.
A note on measuring
