Overnight oats are not a traditional Sri Lankan dish, but coconut and Ceylon cinnamon give this easy breakfast an island-inspired character. It is a practical option for busy mornings and requires no cooking.
Use unsweetened milk and let fresh fruit provide gentle sweetness. Mango is delicious when in season, while berries or chopped apple work equally well.
